Dana Booker: Not a Police Officer, NO it does not make sense!

I see everyone online wondering why Dana Booker, the head of a college security, is investigating a murder and an attempted murder. As an attorney I truly don’t know how to explain this to you. 😂I wish I did, but it goes beyond any law I’ve ever heard of, researched, or used in argument. I was discussing this with my friend (see her Facebook page) www.facebook.com/PerfectionistsFans/because I feel bad not being able to give you a real explanation. I am trying to figure out how to handle this situation in my legal blog .. I cannot possibly explain why the police are adhering to Claire Hotchkiss declaring that instead of the police investigating the murder of her son and the attempted murder of Caitlin, it will all be up to this woman who recently became head of security at Beacon Heights, where the crimes DID NOT take place, and she was fired from the fbi for stalking the family of a girl close to the cases she’s working on.

Seriously. HOW am I supposed to explain that? I know I am an attorney, but how?!
