Mental Health Resources

Here, you’ll find a compilation of some of my favorite mental health related resources and toolkits. I will update regularly. If you have a resource you’d like me to include on here, email aly@workingmentalhealth.com and we can discuss!

**Unless otherwise noted, I am not affiliated with these resources, though I do recommend them as some of my favorites.

Emily Hirsekorn – Hirsekorn Coaching
**I can personally attest to Emily’s coaching. She provides a wealth of information and is incredibly patient and helpful. She helped me work through obstacles in my personal life, work life, and with navigating what I want with my website. If you are in the legal field and need some guidance, she is an excellent coach and I recommend her. She has also graciously waited for me to slowly write an article about my experience with her coaching, and I am happy to report that I am in the process of drafting it. I will include a link to that when it’s ready and it will be on the blog.**

Emily is a life and leadership coach for lawyers around the world focusing on career, confidence, wellbeing, and work-life integration. She helps emerging attorneys banish imposter syndrome and establish career confidence as they acclimate to legal practice, as well as unfulfilled mid-career attorneys decide whether to stay or go, pursue their next move, and find greater joy and fulfillment in work and life.

Brian Cuban
When I met Brian Cuban, a Dallas attorney and best selling author of The Addicted Lawyer, Tales of The Bar, Booze, Blow, & Redemption, it inspired me to do something more with this advocacy. His dedication and advocacy provides crucial information for those needing to learn more about mental health conditions and recovery.
