Sex, Love And Alibis: PLL: The Perfectionists *SNAPSHOT ENTRY**
- As you may have noticed, I didn’t post about the PLL TP pilot YET. I am working on my time management and am going to follow through here! I’ve decided to do brief “snapshot” entries in between, when I am feeling rushed/ out of time, so I can at least briefly discuss parts of episodes before doing my full posts. I’ll be back covering both the pilot and episode 2 in full as well. *
ALI’S “ALMOST” ASSAULT!
Normally I would say Ali’s slap in Mona’s face would constitute assault, so I’ll cover the law briefly. And when I do, you’ll notice that the hit would’ve had to have been without Mona’s consent. TECHNICALLY Ali didn’t ask permission, but if Mona had been of sound mind it looks like she would have allowed it. 😂 It seems like Mona appreciates Ali slapping her hard in the face back into reality, especially when reality has Key Lime Pie.
**PLEASE NOTE, most of my consent knowledge comes from my research of NY (and some PA law); if I’ve said anything incorrect it will come out during my research of Oregon law, but most states have that “without permission” requirement when it comes to assault.
